Like other AI products, they are designed to accurately reproduce the sound of all acoustic and electric instruments without compromise, with 3-band EQ to overcome room acoustics and shape the signal without adding noise.

Unlike other solid state amps, Focus delivers a distinctly warm, tube-like sound which is flat across the spectrum and not voiced to favor any particular frequency. So if you use a high quality speaker like the Contra EX, what you hear is just the sound of your instrument.

The broad range of features on all Focus models include a parallel effects loop, balanced direct out, dual voltage operation, detachable power cord, and carry bag with shoulder strap.
