We've been working with David Flammang for several years now and are bigs fans of his work. This lightweight Mahogany and Adirondack slope shoulder dreadnought is a powerhouse with vintage vibe but modern quality and a wider fingerboard. Inspired by the old Roy Smeck guitars it employs the short 24.75 scale and 12 fret neck joint that made those guitars special. This is a very responsive instrument that is easily flatpicked or played fingerstyle, the build is light and energetic and it is loud. The sunburst and inlays hark back to yesterday in style.

Player Reviews:

"Beautifully crafted, this is a lightly built Mahogany and Red Spruce Dread for the player seeking the vintage Gibson voicing only updated and more versatile. The short scale 12 fret neck is a joy to play on. I enjoyed playing this guitar both with a pick and fingerstyle. The wider fingerboard makes it versatile in that way and it's responsive enough for blues or ragtime. Great style, great tone." - Paul Heumiller

"Nice and light, this is a cool guitar to play. Both fingerstyle and flatpicking are very comfortable with the slight "V" shape of the neck and the wider fingerboard. The vintage styling is great looking too." - Al Petteway
