We were recently in Italy where Jackson Browne performed and from the stage he spoke of how much he loved Roy McAlister's guitars and we could not agree more. Roy achieves a responsiveness and energy that few makers have found. His voice is a blend of tradition and modern, with chimey top end and clarity to spare. David Crosby also calls his McAlister guitar his "favorite guitar". Both Jackson and David play with fingers and also strum, evidence of the versatility of McAlister guitars as well. This McAlister Concert model has top notch Brazilian Rosewood paired with Adirondack for maximum tone.
