This is a mature 1994 Michael Thames Concert Guitar featuring Indian Rosewood and Spruce. This classic combination makes for a big, powerful sound that is, thanks to it's age, very open and versatile. The neck is slightly on the slender side and very comfortable. We can't stress enough how good a 17 year old Spruce top guitar can sound. This is a great example of the wide array of colors a mature top can provide the player.

Player Reviews:

"Over the years I have owned several Thames guitars personally and they have always inspired me. This guitar, with it's aged top, is a real gem. I feel I can command a wide palette of tones with simple movements of the right hand placement and it responds beautifully to changing dynamics. A wonderfully versatile guitar from Michael Thames." - Paul Heumiller
