Ramirez guitars are known throughout the world, and have been revered by generations of guitarists. This particular guitar is the Ramirez 1a Camara or De Camera model. This designation indicates that it has an internal fan which Jose Ramirez designed to eliminate wolf tones in the guitar. It really works and this is one of the finest 1A's we've come across. With solid bass and thick mid-range, the voice of this guitar is authoritative but never brash. It is strong, but always refined. A very fine musical instrument indeed!
From the Ramirez website - We call camara an interior fan, also designed by Ramirez, glued in the middle of the sides. It takes away the "wolf" notes, and it helps the sound to be clear, where the notes are perfectly separated between them.
