It seems the apple doesn't fall far from the tree: E.J. Henderson is right alongside her father, Wayne Henderson, in the lutherie trenches, making a name for herself with her own line of guitars and ukuleles. This Style 41 Tenor Ukulele we have here is a fine example: gorgeous sunburst, catalyzed urethane finish, Abalone across the top and the headstock.

The exotic meet the domestic as well--Wenge back and sides paired to an Adirondack Spruce top. Combined, they give this Uke a sweet, punchy voice. Bone nut and saddle? Check. Waverly tuners? Check. Wrapped up in a Stagg tweed hardshell case? Check!

2015 E.J. Henderson Guitars Style 41 Tenor - Ukulele Player Reviews

Player Reviews:

"This is a Ukulele that's dressed up in its Sunday finest. The light sunburst works great here, letting the Adirondack grain shine through, and the voice is like syrup on pancakes." - Paul Heumiller

"A beautifully made uke with all of the traditional stylings of a nice handmade guitar. It sounds great as well. " - Al Petteway
