Masaki Sakurai is carrying on the wonderful Kohno tradition by building the most impeccable instruments as created by Masaru Kohno. This particular guitar immediately makes known that you are holding something special, something full of life. The body can barely contain the notes that push through it wishing to be set free. The clarity and articulation is superb, you can certainly hear the beauty of the Brazilian Rosewood and German Spruce. The notes from the treble strings are lyrical and sweet and complimented by rich round bass. We can't imagine wanting anything more.
