The 50 series Lowden Guitars is their new high-end custom offering. This beautiful O sized guitar features Quilted Honduras Mahogany topped with rare 'Lucky Strike' Redwood. Together with George's Dolphin Bracing these woods make for a glorious tone, a bit warmer than the average Lowden and still with wonderful brilliant sizzle on top. This is a powerful guitar that seems wide awake even though it's like new. The custom appointments include a Tasmanian Blackwood Rosette, Cocobolo & Myrtlewood purflings, Snakewood bindings on the fingerboard and headstock, Gold Gotoh Tuners and leaf fret markers. Definitely a special Lowden guitar.
