The FX is a Greven original, his
12 fret version of the ever popular F guitar. The FX is a super
all around fingerpicking/flatpicking guitar with outstanding power
and clarity. More Dreadnaught like in sound but with much better
bass to treble balance, the FX has a bit more bass than the F-14
fret sister guitar. John's own personal guitar is a lacewood FX
which he uses for ragtime and bluegrass!
