Greenfield G1 Cutaway - We custom ordered this breathtaking instrument with a set of Michael's absolute best 'Special Reserve' Cocobolo Rosewood. One look and you can see how stunning this set of wood is, one note and you understand how amazing it sounds. The Lutz Spruce top is truly master grade with abundant silking that proves it's perfectly quartered. This guitar also features Michael's Tone Halo radial back bracing and parabolic top bracing and is assembled with hot hide glue. The trebles on this guitar are 'dipped in honey' sweet, full and round. Your melodies will leap into the air with ease and be supported by the most satisfying bass notes. We don't say this lightly... but We've played quite a few Greenfield and this may be the best yet, it's truly amazing.... |

The G3 body is designed for a balanced voice and it does that in spades. The bass is warm and rich and this guitar is superbly balanced for fingerstyle play and recording. But it's also quite strong and resonant and it strums very well to boot. The wider nut is great for the player who likes a little more room.
