McCollum Guitars Grand Auditorium Cutaway: Here we have a striking McCollum guitar custom built from unique Birdseye Koa and Red Cedar. We request this GA with a cutaway as well for full access to the extended fingerboard. The reddish Cocobolo bindings make a beautiful accent as does the Koa Headplate. The tone is the magical part of this guitar as the Koa and Cedar mix for full Cedar voice but with extra brilliance and high end character. SOLD - McCollum Guitars 2007 McCollum Dream Series #1, Madrone(00): We are pleased to announce the first limited edition Dream Series from Lance McCollum. We requested Lance's wonderful Madrone small body design for it's gorgeous curves and intimate voice. We asked Lance for a warm, sweet voice so he crafted it from old growth Brazilian Rosewood and paired it with an Engelmann top. This gives it a wonderful pure sound with Lance's trademark sparkle and sweetness. He adorned the series with a slotted headstock, custome rosette, abalone top trim and a flamed Koa binding scheme.
