2007 Moreira Classical: Rodrigo Moreira builds his guitars from his shop in Brazil. Being based there he has access to some of the finest wood for guitar making. Rodrigo went deep into his private stach of Brazilian Rosewood for this beautiful set of wood. Just look at the spider-webbing in the grain. It's adds real character to the appearance and the tone of this fine concert guitar. Rodrigo's guitars have been extremely popular with our customers, they offer traditional voice and the finest woods available. The bass is warm and rich and the trebles are very lyrical. 2006 Moreira OM: Steel string guitars from builders that also build nylons always seem to have a wonderful breath in the tone. That is certainly the case here. Once again Rodrigo has selected an amazing set of Brazilian Rosewood, this time with a symmetrical center section of deep, brick-red, color on the back. But it doesn't stop there, the bridge, fingerboard and headstock are all Brazilian with beautiful brick hues. Add German Spruce and you get a voice that is at once sparkling and lush.
