The upcoming Tony McManus album was born out of an idea hatched at the 2007 Swannanoa Gathering where Tony McManus and Dream Guitars owner Paul Heumiller first met. Paul and Tony were chatting about how the instruments being built today are simply the finest instruments ever known and Paul suggested that Tony do an album using the guitars that Dream Guitars offers, Tony loved the idea and so did Tony's UK record label Greentrax Records and his US label Compas Records. Greentrax has a 20 year history of supporting the best in Scottish music while Compass is a very progressive label offering an outstanding array of Traditional Music, Americana, Celtic, Jazz and more. All music fans should check out both label's artists and support them, both offer rare integrity and a real love of music.
