New German Guitars Belladonna - Fan Fret Flattop Acoustic Guitar

Greg German has a background as a highly skilled Illustrator, Animator and luthier with Edward Victor Dick. This experience allows him to create and execute details that most Luthiers wouldn't dare to attempt. This Belladonna, fan fret, steel string is breathtaking in subtle ways. There are extensive inlays on the headstock, fingerboard, sideport and rosette, but all are fine and wooden for an elegant effect. The wild Bolivian Rosewood back and Silky Sitka top give this asymmetrical fan fret a bright, clear tone with just a hint of dark under current. The combination of 25.4 scale on the bass string and the short 24.75 top string offer great intonation, easy and even tension and enhance this guitars ability to handle any tuning you want to use from Standard to low C. What a treat to have this guitar to begin our relationship with Greg German.
