SOLD - 2008 Maingard Guitars Classical Concert - Nylon String Classical Guitar

We custom ordered this Maingard Nylon String after selling one like it a while back. We were so impressed with the voice and the fresh modern style. This is a traditional fan braced instrument but Marc Maingard adds in his artistic flair on the headstock and by added DUAL BEVELS for the ultimate comfort while playing. The Brazilian Rosewood body is topped with superb Red Cedar that Marc got from famed classical maker Jose Oribe. It makes for a voice that is very musical and lyrical. The melody sings and the bass is both powerful and warm. This is a serious concert guitar but will also please the crossover player as the nut is slightly narrower at 50mm. No wonder players like Earl Klugh play Maingard guitars, see photo below.
