New Maingard Guitars GC - Grand Concert Acoustic Guitar

Builder Marc Maingard has a wonderful stash of perfect Cedar tops that he got from classical maker Jose Oribe. We custom ordered this sublime Florentine cutaway Grand Concert and Marc used one of his very finest sets of Brazilian and an extra silky top. We requested the special fingerboard crafted of bookmatched Brazilian Rosewood to add natural drama. The top trim is Birdsfoot and there are DUAL BEVELS. This really is a breathtaking guitar, but you have to play to find it's true beauty. The voice is simply magical. For starters it's very loud and responsive and it is also very clear and balanced, with a powerful bass and articulate and strong trebles.
