This is a great wood combination for Blues, Rags and Old Time, but also has great clarity for Celtic and modern Fingerstyle pieces. Its simple appointments will appeal to the traditionalist and it also makes these Collings guitars a wonderful value. This one has some superficial top wear but it also has the great voice that comes from playing in a Red Spruce guitar.
