2005 Maingard Guitars OM - Orchestra Model Cutaway Acoustic Guitar
Here we have a very uniquely beautiful custom Maingard OM in rare African Blackwood and European Spruce. It is customized with DUAL BEVELS, one for the arm and one for the ribs as well a venetian cutaway. But what really makes it unique are the intricate inlays Marc Maingard created for this one. The rosette is his Bushmen motif with elegant shapes and beautiful shell materials. Then there is the custom butterfly set into the Spruce top in great detail. So not only is this a strong, rich sounding Maingard OM with the haunting quality of African Blackwood, but it has one-of-a-kind beauty as well.
