2006 Blanchard Tamarack - Grand Concert, GC Acoustic Guitar
We are big fans of Mark Blanchard's guitars. Here we have a stunning wedge body fashioned from a serious set of highly flamed Koa with very tight curl and topped with European Spruce. The Manzer Wedge design makes the body thinner up at your chest so it's easier to hold with less fatigue, great for anyone with shoulder issues. The voice of this guitar is bright and crisp as you would expect from Koa, but also lush and refined with Mark's trademark magical ability to brace for tone. This one is great for fingerstyle but also has the power for rhythm and chordal work.
