Here we have a 2002 Wingert EVC in Adirondack (Red) Spruce and Cocobolo Rosewood. This is a strong and gutsy guitar that will just knock your socks off! The combination of Red Spruce and Cocobolo make for great projection and sustain with wondeful overtone content. Whether you are driving it hard are dialing it back to something softer, this instrument can handle it. Kathy is a master builder, her fit finish and tone are enviable, it is no wonder she is so well regarded in the Luthier world. This is an easy one to fall for.

Here we have the highly sought after Wingert Model E, Kathy’s most popular design. This one is uniquely appointed with a fallaway cutaway and Koa armrest bevel. So comfort and access are easy to come by here. The Englemann top blends beautifully with the rosewood back & sides for a big, warm voice with lots of depth and a hint of brilliance to make it complete. A serious fingerstyle guitar.

Kathy Wingert’s F Model is her larger body SJ design. This one has great bass response and power along with her trademark, rich, dense trebles. This is a wonderfully inspiring guitar, it makes you want to play. The Cocobolo and Italian body is elegantly adorned with select Paua Abalone with fine red perflings. The Italian top has drop dead gorgeous figuring which sets this one apart from the crowd. There is also a P.U.W. pickup system.

This is a custom Wingert F model crafted from African Blackwood and German Spruce. Kathy’s F is her larger Grand Auditorium body and it fills the room with a big sound that is warm, dark and mysterious thanks to the African Blackwood. The wonderfully silky German tops insures great clarity and power. The cutaway and DUAL BEVELS for both the arm and chest make this a complete and wonderful Wingert guitar.
