Description

Julius Borges has made very few of his Jumbo Hayride model and this Maple bodied one is quite rare. If you've always loved the sound of those great Gibson J-185 and J-200 guitars, you'll love this one. Julius is known for his beautifully crafted modern classics and this one is timeless.

This is a bold and beautiful Jumbo Hayride model from Julius Borges. He makes very few guitars these days so any Borges is rare and collectible and of course extremely playable. The minute I grabbed this guitar I channeled Rev. Gary Davis and felt right at home on this guitar. It has an amazing voice for blues, rock and any style where attitude is required.

This really feels and sounds like an old 1950's Gibson J-185 with the shorter scale length and the jumbo maple body. Great for strumming those old classic songs.
