Here we have a brand new D-18 from Chris Bozung of CB Guitars. Chris called us up after he compared this guitar with a 1941 Martin and he thought this one was quite special indeed. We agree, it's new but it's already very lively and super strong. It's clearly got the stuff to be a cannon with a little more playing time. Chris says both the Mahogany and Sitka Spruce are quite old, approx. 40 years and you can tell. Here's your chance for a modern guitar that's as good as the classics.
This Bozung guitar is a great example of how old, seasoned wood can make a great guitar. The woods here are 40+ years old and give this guitar a voice that's mature and rich. This is a perfect bluegrass guitar and loves to play leads and rhythm. Get the old sound with modern playability and reliability.
Really nice. It sounds like the old Martin D-18's that I loved so well.
