Keisuke Nishi Learn More +

Keisuke Nishi, the luthier behind Keystone Stringed instruments, trained as a guitar maker in various parts of Japan and North America over the course of nearly five years before venturing out on his own. After graduating from ESP Guitar Craft Achademy, Nishi attended the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery. He went on to work at First Act Inc. in Boston, MA, where he made many custom electric guitars as well as did R&D work, establishing models that they still make today. Nishi then apprenticed to world renowned luthier Mario Beauregard. In September of 2007 Nishi set up Keystone Stringed Instruments and has been busy honing his craft ever since!

I had been aware of Nishi's work for some time before I had the chance to play one of his guitars. Once I did, there was no going back - we HAD to represent his work. Nishi is an exceptionally good luthier and a great person to work with. Can't wait to help spread the word about his instruments!
