Description

Here's a stunning Goodall guitar made in Hawaii from the famed Hawaiian tonewood, highly figured Koa. Koa is becoming more and more rare in this kind of figuring. The headplate is a superb flamey piece of Koa and the top is premium Sitka Spruce with lots of silky rays. Bound in rosewood for a beautiful contrast. The tone is rich and woody full of Koa's character. It's powerful and clean and this one plays with ease, like all Goodall guitars.

I really like Koa on a larger body like this. It seems to give it's best when there is a lot of air movement and this guitar sounds great. There's a woody edge to the notes and they are all crisp and clear. This one strums and loves fingerstyle as well.

A really easy playing guitar with lots of beautiful overtones and balanced sound.
