Here is a custom Brazilian Rosewood Howell and Forsyth SP Parlor Guitar. This 13 fret parlor is topped with Adirondack Spruce for that prewar tone. It is lightly built and definitely offers a true vintage tone and feel. The playability is splendid and the fit and finish is superb. This extremely comfortable to hold Parlor will make a perfect couch guitar or songwriter's friend. It is also small enough to travel with easily as well.
I own a 19th century Parlor and this Howell and Forsyth reminds me of it a lot. It is very responsive and I love this size. As a songwriter, I often sit on the porch or the couch with a small guitar that inspiring to play. This is such a guitar for sure.
I really like this little guitar. It has a very comfortable feel and is responsive in all registers.
