From one of the most refined builders on the modern scene, this 2024 Jordan McConnell 15″ is a stunning example of tone and luthiery. Though this particular instrument was never in our shop—photos were provided directly by Jordan—it absolutely represents the level of quality and artistry we’ve come to expect from him.
This guitar features German Maple back and sides paired with a master grade Swiss Moonspruce top. The voice promises a clear, focused tone with excellent balance—especially ideal for recording or intimate solo playing. A 24.75–25.5″ fan fret setup promotes ergonomic comfort and tension balance, with a slim 1 11/16″ nut width. Additional premium appointments include Rodgers tuners, a Madagascar Rosewood bridge, Ebony bindings and fingerboard, and a Mahogany neck—all housed in a Main Stage case.

Jordan’s work is always top-tier, and this one checks all the boxes—gorgeous Maple, a master Moonspruce top, fan fret for comfort and balance. Even though we didn’t have this one in-hand, I trust Jordan’s guitars completely. His voice is unmistakable, and this build has all the hallmarks of his refined, expressive style. 
Would that I could have seen this one in person! A) Jordan is one of my all-time favorite builders, and B) Maple is one of my all-time favorite tonewoods. Alas, this one went straight to our client, so I'll just have to admire it from afar. And admire it I shall, this study in white combining pale German Maple with Swiss Moonspruce, plus an arc of bamboo stalks inlaid at the headstock.
