Luthier Rich Mermer has been repairing and building quality instruments since the early 80?s, and this guitar is the embodiment of his many talents. Rich's work has been recognized by Acoustic Guitar Magazine and several other publications, as being on the cutting edge of guitar design and construction. Very few guitars can match the visual impact of Rich's latest, or equal the monstrous tone that emanates from the depths of this musical leviathan that is 'Le Mer' the Mermaid. Stunning Flamed Maple, stained blue, gives the appearance of rippling water. Custom Mermaid artwork was created by artist Lori Hlavsa (artbylori.com). The harp strings offer deep vibratory low end that are a joy to play along with on the standard guitar neck. A well thought out, masterfully executed instrument; this one is sure to inspire!
What a wonderful work of art 'Le Mer', the Mermaid, from Rich Mermer is. We are so proud to have this unique offering for our Harp Guitar friends. It's beauty and high art are obvious and it also has tremendous tone and energy. Very light and playable, a great harp guitar! 
This one is unique in appearance obviously, but the tone is great and the guitar is extremely light for a harp guitar. - Accessories
