Description

One of "The Last McCollum Guitars", this incredible instrument was commissioned in 2008, and built (but not completely assembled or finished) when Lance McCollum passed away in February 2009. Harvey Leach and Luke Wilson (Lance's mentor) installed the neck, and Harvey completed the purfling and final finishing. 10% of the sale will go directly to the McCollum Family. This is a special guitar, with Select Brazilian Rosewood, and the highest quality Italian Spruce top. It also features a great feeling, easy playing 5 piece mahogany neck. Not to be missed!

Having one of Lance's last guitars at Dream Guitars is truly an honor. And this Grand Auditorium is a very special instrument. It's got a wealth of rich tone, and superb power and projection.

this is a powerful guitar and it's historically important as well. It's a great flatpicking guitar and good for strumming and picking as well. It deserves to be played.
