- Description

To celebrate his anniversary Dermot McIlroy combined figured Bubinga (African Rosewood) and Cedar for a glorious sound. Big, rich tone with power to spare. Don't let the elegant lines fool you, this is a beast with excellent projection and clarity and just enough overtones and sparkle to give it color.
This one roars, very strong voice. I love the articulation and clarity played fingerstyle. And it sure is fun to pound chords on this one...
This is the second of the fifth anniversary models that has come through the shop. These sound and play like high end Lowdens with the characteristic mid-range focus that Lowdens are famous for. Ideal for Celtic Fingerstyle guitar. The woods on this one make it unique and collectible.
