2007 Santa Cruz RS Mahogany/Sitka
Here we have a mint condition Santa Cruz RS model slope shoulder dread based on the old Gibson Roy Smeck design. This is a 12 fret dread with wider nut and saddle spacings so it has the ability to go fingerstyle or flatpick. This is a very versatile design that is perfect for strumming, solo work and fingerstyle pieces. It really does it all. The body is full of energy and power and the sunburst is gorgeous.

2006 Phillips Resonator Parlor Cutaway German Silver
Ron Phillips is one of the few custom builders making resonators completely by hand right down to spinning his own cones. This cutaway Parlor design was made popular by Del Rey, one of many fine guitarists who play Phillips resonators. Others include Orville Johnson and the late great, John Jackson. The key element of Phillips resonators is the round attack that is reminiscent of the 1920 Nationals. This guitar has a fat and mellow tone with power to spare. The small body is a joy to hold sitting or standing.

1994 Breedlove RD/R Indian/Bearclaw
Here we have a very collectible early Breedlove that is just wonderful. This is #64 from 1994 the very year Kim Breedlove joined his brother Larry in Bend, Oregon. Whenever we see an early example from a company you can always sense the excitement the builders must have experience. This one is still in mint condition, loveling cared for for 15 years. The voice is huge, round and deep. All that wonderful Breedlove bass response accompanied by mature spruce trebles that sing out. This is a delight to have for you.

200708 Renaissance RS-6 Figured Walnut High Gloss
Here we have a highly custom Turner Renaissance RS-6 with a figured Walnut back, sides and top and all finished in high gloss. It also sport wood volume and tone knobs and a figured Walnut headplate as well. The RS-6, make famous by Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac fame, is well known as a professional grade Acoustic/Electric designed to be played amplified on stage. There is absolutely no feedback and the hollow body design and DTAR pickup offer up a naturally acoustic tone. This one is just stunning and in mint condition.
Bourgeois JOM Indian/Spruce
The Jumbo OM fills a wonderful niche for players who demand a balanced voice, but want just a bit more bottom end and punch. This one has the patina of age on it’s top and it’s gorgeous voice. The Rosewood and Spruce body is very responsive and lively. Players with a light touch will be rewarded with plenty of tone but players who like to hit hard will be equally satisfied.

2005 Hofner Jazzica Custom Laminated Maple/Engelmann
This is the Custom Jazzica archtop guitar from Hofner Guitars of Germany. It features a unique body design that tapers 2 inches from the tail to the neck joint giving it a full body sound but remaining easy to hold. The 16″ lower bout and solid Engelmann Spruce top give it a wonderful response and it sounds great plugged in or acoustically. This is a very cool model from Germany’s top maker of electric guitars, Hofner.

New Bamburg Baritone Macassar/Carpathian Double Top
One of our lucky customers is receiving this beautiful custom Baritone from Jeff Bamburg. Crafted with a shorter Baritone scale of 27″ it’s design for easy play and deep resonance. This guitar has a contoured Bevel on the trebleside shoulder making for great feel when you play the upper register. There is also an armrest Bevel to make the large body easier to hold. Jeff Bamburg built this one as a double top with an elevated fingerboard as well. In this Golden Age of Luthery, the possibilities seem endless…

New Petros Tunnel 13 Claro Walnut/Redwood
This beautiful Tunnel #13 was custom built for one of our customers but here is the story from the Petros Website: Southern Pacific Railroad’s Siskiyou Summit Tunnel #13 was built in the 1880’s using virgin Redwood timbers harvested in Southwestern Oregon. These timbers witnessed the October 11, 1923 hold up of the SP Train 13 Gold Special, pulling 13 cars, by the DeAutremont brothers. Four men were killed in the robbery attempt.When these magnificent Redwood timbers were salvaged from this historic tunnel after a fire in 2004, Petros Guitars managed to acquire some of the nicer sections.When these diamonds in the rough were opened up, it was discovered to be exceptional, master-grade tone wood, air dried in this tunnel for more than 120 years. Paired with light weight, figured Claro Walnut from Oregon and a light weight Butternut neck from Wisconsin, this guitar is light as a feather (3 pounds, 14 ounces) with the resonance of a 120 year old guitar.After a century of silence, Petros Tunnel 13 Redwood™ guitars are giving voice to the remarkable Redwood of Tunnel 13.

This SJ Dream Series is simply breathtaking, gorgeous Brazilian Rosewood, German Spruce, dual Side Soundports, elevated fingerboard, the most wonderful armrest bevel and elegant details throughout. Jason’s voice is clear and present reminiscent of Ryan but with perhaps more power in the mid range. We consider Jason’s guitars to be one of the most versatile, wonderfully adept at fingerstyle, flatpicking and strumming in many genres.

2007 Collings CJ Varnish Mahogany/Adirondack Red
What a gorgeous wide-grain Adirondack top on this Collings CJ. This is the kind of top that delights vintage guitar lovers. The wide grain offers up big bass tones and superb responsiveness throughout the tonal spectrum. The Mahogany body and Varnish finish complete this powerhouse that really is loud and clear. 1999 Buscarino Cabaret Flamed Maple/Spruce
John Buscarino’s Cabaret model is one of the most popular Jazz Nylon crossover guitars on the market. He employs a carved arched back in combination with a flat top for power clarity and punch. This Cabaret is crafted from stunning flamed Maple and adorned with a Snakewood Bridge and red perflings. It’s been upgraded with an L.R. Baggs Hex pickup and RT preamp with hidden volume and tone inside the soundhole. It also has Gilbert tuners so this is really setup for the serious player or gigging musician. The neck is slightly wider on this one so it will please the classical player as much as the Jazz player.
