Description

This one comes to us from flatpicker extraordinaire Steve Kaufman, as you can tell by his trademark camp bear logo at the 12th fret. This shortscale Rockbridge 000 evokes an earlier era, one where guitars were a little less pristine and fussy and a little more workmanlike. It's funky and fun and begging to be played with gusto. The gorgeous Brazilian Rosewood gives it a wonderful resonance, and the cedar rounds it out very nicely. For those who appreciate a more broken-in vibe...

This one comes from Steve Kaufman's private collection. The set of Brazilian is lovely and I like the pairing with Cedar. It makes this a versatile guitar well suited for flatpicking and also fingerstyle. Steve played it in for you and it's full of good mojo. Kaufman fans.... this one is for you!

Nice copy of a 000 Martin. The neck has an oil finish for those whose who like to feel the wood under their hand. I like the feel and look of this guitar, especially the guitar playing bear inlay at the 12th fret.
