2010 Ribbecke Halfling Maple/Cedar
This is a custom Ribbecke Halfling with a Cedar top over thin 2 1/2″ hollow Big Leaf Maple body. The idea of the Halfling is that the treble half of the top is arched and the bass half is flat. This combines the open, full bass of a flat top with punch of an Archtop. This one-off Halfling features a multiscale fingerboard with a scale of 26.5″ on the bass and 25″ on the treble side. This makes it possible to play in a variety of tunings as well as standard and improves the intonation and feel greatly. You can powerful bass and sweet trebles. The best of all worlds, flat top/archtop/short scale/long scale!

The Cervantes Concert Crossover 1 from Alejandro Cervantes Avant-Garde Series is one of our most popular nylon string guitars. Players of all styles from Brazilian to Jazz to Classical are drawn to the unique combination of serious tone and great playability. This guitar features a cutaway, narrower nut, radiused fingerboard and truss rod. The voice is clear, crisp and contemporary. It is very well balanced and articulate. This one has Indian Rosewood and a Cedar top and bit more warmth and smooth midrange.

2001 Klein M-43 Indian/Sitka
This Klein M.43 is a like a full band in a box, the voice is complex and huge. Not big and boomy, but big, clear and beautiful. The M.43 body is 16 3/4″ at the lower bout but it’s easy to hold sitting or standing. Klein necks always play tremendously well, it’s easy to fret anywhere on the neck and intonation is superb. Micheal Hedges’ symbol adorns the 12th fret of the board as well. This one is Indian Rosewood and Sitka Spruce, both are Master Grade and exquisite and it comes through in the voice of this rare preowned Steve Klein M.43.

2000 Ryan Mission Grand Concert Brazilian/Sitka
Here’s a Brazilian Rosewood Mission Grand Concert from award winning luthier Kevin Ryan. With it’s mature Spruce top it has a voice that is angelic and pure. Notes leap out of this guitar with great volume and lovely overtones. This is elegant GC from Kevin Ryan as well, appointed with an Abalone top border, rosette and backstrip. 1988 Bourgeois Martin Simpson Signature Indian/Sitka
This Bourgeois Martin Simpson Model was a collaboration between fingerstyle master Martin Simpson and luthier Dana Bourgeois. The idea was a fingerstyle 12 fret slope D that would provide power missing in many fingerstyle instruments and also work well for strumming and flatpicking. The addition of a fallaway cutaway that grants full access to the 15th fret and generous string spacing make it an oustanding fingerstyle guitar and one of those rare designs happy to flatpick as well. This one is Indian Rosewood and Spruce for a classic tone.

1969 Contreras I Concert Brazilian/Spruce
An excellent concert guitar from Manuel Contreras (1928-1994). This one features a set of dramatic and beautiful Brazilian Rosewood and Spruce top. Here’s a recent Wayne Henderson D-42 in premium Madagascar Rosewood and Adirondack Red Spruce. Built completely by Wayne Henderson including the finish work. This is a stunning dread with classic 42 style abalone trim on the top, rosette and fingerboard. The Madagascar Rosewood is exquisite with rich, dark color and the Adirondack top has an even wide grain and lovely silk. The voice is clear and poignant. The bass is loud but controlled and the trebles are articulate. A great Henderson for both the strummer or fingerpicker.
