Boaz Nylon String Travel Guitar Indian/Spruce
Boaz designed this guitar not as a toy travel guitar but a small, easily transported, top quality instrument with the feel of a ‘real’ concert guitar. The case is very small and easy to carry on a plane but the fingerboard has feel and playability of a fine concert guitar. 1942 Martin 000-18 Mahogany/Adirondack
Here we have an amazing sounding pre-war Martin 000-18 that is all original but for the pickguard and case. In 1942 the braces were still scalloped and that makes this a very vibrant guitar with the sound everybody wants. The Mahogany/Adirondack body is sound and the neck set and fretwork is perfect. This guitar plays as good as a new Martin but has the unmistaken voice of age, big bass and strong trebles. All the key elements are here original bridge, bridgeplate and tuners. Kerman Metamorphosis 2 Brazilian/Spruce
This is a very interesting internal chamber design from luthier Arik Kerman of Israel. It incorporates a floating back with small, light braces and smaller internal upper bout area, imagine a guitars inside a guitar. This gives a focused and powerful sound with excellent projection. The carved upper bout edges act as additional sound hole area. This Metamorphosis model is just that, it looks like a big guitar but has the strong, focus character of a small body guitar. If you are seeking something truly unique and collectible, this is it.

1983 Guild F-50 Maple/AAA Sitka
Here’s a classic Guild F-50, the epitome of the working musician’s axe. This one is very solid and we had the action set by James Condino. 2008 Ryan Nightingale Grand Soloist Signature Series #72 Brazilian/Swiss

2006 Ed Claxton EM Grand Concert Brazilian/German Spruce
Ed Claxton is highly regarded as one of the finest luthiers today. He builds a guitar heralded for it’s clarity, balance and full, rich voice. Unless you play one it’s hard to believe just how gorgeous the tone is. This 2006 EM is in mint condition and crafted from stunning Brazilian Rosewood and Master Grade German Spruce. Bogdanovich Concert Cedar/Macassar Ebony
John Bogdanovich is respected as a luthier who’s playing ability gives him the proper perspective to build an instrument that meets all the players needs. Recently he has garnered much attention by authoring the amazing book “Classical Guitar Making: A Modern Approach to a Traditional Design” which is being heralded as a wonderful resource. John’s incredible talents are apparent in this guitar, it is powerful and musical and shows those attributes at every fret and the construction is flawless. John selected Macassar Ebony for the back and sides and a Red Cedar top giving this concert guitar great projection, volume, clarity and sweetness all bundled in an elegant instrument.

PRS Hollowbody I 10 Top, Flamed Maple Whale Blue
PRS really knows how to make a hollow body guitar. This one has all the magical tone of a 335 but it’s even more full sounding. The pickups are superb and easily go from crystal clear, to fat and jazzy to screamin’ blues. This 10 Top is stunning and we love the deep Whale Blue finish. Fender Custom Classic Tele Cobalt Blue, Custom Shop
We purchased a number of brand new guitars from a store that was liquidating. So this is a brand new guitar but without the factory warranty. We are backing it with a 90 days warranty ourselves and you’ll save hundreds. This is one of those beautiful Cobalt Blue custom shop Fenders where the color came out perfect and it shows the lovely figured Ash below. 2005 Tippin Crescendo Birdseye Braz./Alpine
You probably have never seen Birdseye Brazilian so be sure to check this one out. It is a very rare set of Brazilian that is truly birdseye figure. It’s also tight grained and produces a bell-like tone with bass notes like a piano. Bill’s Crescendo design is a slightly oversized 000 but given a full 14 frets so you have no limitations. This is also a wonderfully collectible Tippin, but trust us, you’ll want to play it everyday…

2005 Tippin 000-12TC African Maho./Carpathian
This is a rare custom Tippin 000 12 Fret crafted from breathtaking Quilted African Mahogany and Carpathian Spruce. This is one of the prettiest 000s you’ll ever see. In Bill’s typical fashion he allowed the wood to shine on this one. This combination of woods give a great woody tone with good growl and lots of headroom. Carpathian behaves a lot like Adirondack Spruce. This is a superb guitar for blues, rags and Celtic music but you’ll use it for everything. A great Tippin.

2004 Monrad Classical Indian/European Spruce
Eric Monrad is very well known among classical guitarists. He builds an extremely expressive instrument that can capture the nuance of the repertoire and the player. This concert guitar has wonderful colors available when you vary the right hand position and attach. It is extremely clear and balance on every fret and always lyrical. 1998 Gibson Advance Jumbo Indian/Sitka
The Gibson Advanced Jumbo is a classic design among dreadnoughts. This one has been owned by an Asheville area singer-songwriter, Valorie Miller, who played it a lot so it’s got a great broken-in voice that’s alive. The sunburst is gorgeous and while it has a few nicks and dings, it’s also got a lot of mojo and guts. We really like the voice and we’re sure you will also.
