Description

Simon Ambridge is a English Luthier well known for building worldclass concert guitars. In the late 1980s Simon received a grant from the Crafts Council of Great Britain, the membership of which included Jose Romanillos, David Rubio and Paul Fischer. But you need only play this guitar for a moment to know how he has earned his reputation. This beautiful Brazilian and Spruce Concert model is sublime, powerful and completely musical. The G string sings with lyrical prowess and the voiced is well balanced with strong basses and equally robust trebles. Perfectly maintained by it's single owner and ready for a new musical partner.

Here we have a played in and mature spruce top for the player seeking the range of colors such a top can produce. Dynamic range, tonal colors, power and beauty can all be coaxed easily from this Ambridge Concert guitar. The Brazilian Rosewood is lovely and the top has extraordinary figure adding to it's charm.

This is a very nice concert Ambridge Classical with lots of brightness and depth. It's powerful and beautiful.
