We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

We may process information contained in any inquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services. This inquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling relevant goods and/or services to you such as sending you our Email newsletters unless you have opted out of receiving any email marketing from us. We use Order Information that we collect to manage orders and accounting in Quickbooks, and are protected by their Privacy Policy (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/global/privacy/)

We use Order information that we collect to contractually fulfill you order using our chosen courier FedEx. This is done in accordance with FedEx’s own Privacy Policy (http://www.fedex.com/us/security/privacy-policy-us.html)

We offer and provide paid products and/or services within our website. We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). Their use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies. The payment processors we work with are:

How Long We Retain Data
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Personal data submitted via inquiries through our contact forms on Dream Guitars will be held indefinitely, unless otherwise stated by you. This is due to the nature of the inquiries you may submit. We will only contact you about these inquiries unless you have stated otherwise.
