Everyone knows Ervin Somogyi, but you may not know that he's a huge fan of classical and flamenco guitars. So much so that he has occasionally asked me to send him some that he admired so that he could spend some time with them. With this classical Somogyi, the trio gets a touch of Ervin's private passion for nylon strings. This guitar is wonderful, very emotive and evocative and Somogyi's voicing lends itself perfectly to the classical guitar. How wonderful to have a trio that includes not only various sizes but a true Classical gem as well.
