From the late Mark Lacey, we have a 2010 Premier Archtop—and the model name truly suits the quality of this instrument. Built with the finest materials and craftsmanship, this guitar exemplifies high-end construction while maintaining a character all its own. It has it in spades—well-played and well-built, making it an incredible instrument for both stage and studio.
We love the Joe Barden humbucker in this guitar. That’s a rare combination for an archtop, and it really shouldn’t be—nothing on the sonic spectrum is out of reach with this one.

I love this hollowbody. It’s been well played, and you can feel that in hand—there’s a history of music in this guitar, with plenty more left to be played. The Barton pickup has a unique bite to it that I love—more archtops should use this pickup. 
Lively response, and dressed for the part. Mark upfitted this Premier model with a great eye for the fine details. The hairline engraving within the position markers, the interplay of the curves of the truss rod cover and logo against the headstock profile, dark honey finish to make the Spruce top pop.
