Waller, a veteran master builder at Fender’s Custom Shop since 2003, pulled this one off in 2012, and it’s been well-cared for ever since. ’57 soft V Maple neck done in high gloss to match the Ash body in two-color burst, plus a sweet Reverse Bridge pickup, Twisted Tele Neck pickup combo. Four-way switch plus volume and tone, and a ’52 Tele custom pickguard in white. This beauty weighs in a little over seven pounds, which feels natural and easy in hand and on the leg. We have both the G&G rectangular case and a fitted tweed case.

This is a fun 1950s NOS Tele reissue, really feels like an old one and has the classic Tele vibe. What a cool thing. This Telecaster has a tremendous feel. The strings almost seem to start bending before you try. This one is like new, even though it’s almost a decade old.
