This is the Tejas Tone Machine from Marchione crafted completely from one solid piece of old growth Mahogany. So there is no neck joint at all, this insures maximum sustain and tone, not to mention great feel. You hand simply glide up to the very highest frets floating on the smooth contour of the neck. The rosewood board and custom Marchione pickups are wonderful touches and make this a versatile tone machine. We felt we could coax all kinds of voices from this guitar from clean to scream. The neck is chunky and feels great, LP players will love the feel.
The one piece mahogany body/neck really give this guitar not only a great voice, but a simple beauty and elegant lines. I really love the feel when you play up high with no neck heel joint to interfere, it's a joy. The pickups are amazing and with our Carr Mercury amp we could get everything from clean to spank to crunch and cry with ease.
