This guitar is a meticulously crafted replica of Hermann Hauser’s famous 1936 instrument, by arguably the best maker in England today. Brian Cohen has been building guitars since 1972, and is widely regarded as one of the finest builders of classical guitars in the UK. This gem, made from East Indian Rosewood and European Spruce, is a wonderful example of his historically accurate Hauser-style. It is warm and open, with great string balance and powerful projection. The neck is very comfortable as well. A great guitar by one of Britain’s top builders.
