Well known for his work with Teodoro G. Perez under the name M. Tezanos-Perez, Mariano Tezanos is a second generation luthier with a gift for building wonderful instruments in the Spanish tradition. His father Mariano Tezanos Sr, was the forman in the Ramirez III workshop and taught Mariano to craft. This concert guitar is of the highest quality and features a beautiful set of Brazilian Rosewood with a dramatic center section in the center. The Red Cedar top presents perfect grain and produces a powerful and sweet sound. This is an exquisite example of a modern Spanish guitar with lineage back to Jose Ramirez.
