Here we have a wonderful Ramirez 1a from 1988. This instrument is crafted from Indian Rosewood and topped with Red Cedar for that warm and dark Spanish sound. The playability is excellent and the condition is as well. The tone is powerful yet focused, the trebles are huge and fire quickly. The bass is round and warm but not at all muddy. This is a wonderful example of the 1a model.
20 plus years of live have this Ramirez 1a fully awake. It's in excellent condition with superb playability. A treasure.
