Here’s an Olson that stands out among even Olsons–a 1990 Dreadnought Cutaway with Indian Rosewood body and Sitka Spruce top. The intervening thirty years have seen lots of great music pass between the strings, and the voice is quite lively and wide awake. Quick and energetic, notes like to shoot up and away from the guitar in a way that would makes certain the player can shine through the mix. Herringbone trim and tortoise-style bindings, plus the ubiquitious MOP dove inlays, makes for a classic 90s Olson.

James Olson made a number of dreadnought guitars, especially earlier in his career. James Taylor himself has at least one. This one in Indian rosewood and has a real beautiful clarity and a fullness thanks to the big body. This is a great guitar for strumming or fingerpicking and of course extremely collectible, so you can rest assured it will hold value or grow in value as you enjoy it every day. 
I love the mojo at work here. This is one Olson that's definitely been played in, and you can really feel that in the string energy and the lively responsiveness.
