Wayne Henderson is a luthier who needs little introduction, known as he is the world over for building some of the finest pre-war style guitars. This D-28 in Red Spruce and Brazilian Rosewood is the bluegrass wet dream. All the power to punch through an instrument-heavy jam session, or take on the softer side and it fingerpicks beautifully. The voicing Wayne achieves, as always, is lovely. It is warm and has a great boom chuck. Henderson guitars never hang around the shop long, so get this one while it’s still here!
Wayne does it again, this is a wonderful bluegrass guitar that just fires notes out of the soundhole! this D-28 can't be stopped, any thing you throw at it, it handles perfectly. I can already tell you that this Henderson won't stay long, so get in on the legend while you can!
