Gorgeous Flamed Koa back and sides, combined with a Redwood top, make for lots of resonance and overtones. Slotted headstock with Waverly tuners, MOP inlays along the fretboard and Abalone top trim. Cocobolo Rosewood bindings round out the image. We found this Bourgeois soaked up open tunings handily; it was easy to lose track of time once it really gets going.
