So close to new, the case still has that new car smell. We’ve landed an incredible 2013 Martin 000-45EC Crossroads in Madagascar Rosewood and Adirondack Spruce that’s dead mint and shining like a polished silver dollar. Every detail is executed in exquisite fashion, from the 45-style Abalone trim to the crossroads emblem-inlaid bridge, and Martin saved their primo tonewoods for use here. This is one of only 55 such guitars built, and the label and certificate of authenticity both bear Clapton’s signature. Built to 1930s specs, this 000-45EC Crossroads has a crisp response and airiness that lends itself well to a multitude of styles. While it’s particularly well-suited for fingerstyle work, it also holds up handsomely to a pick as well.
