This is a masterpiece. Hands down. Jordan McConnell continues to build our all-time favorite guitars, which is right where we find this 2018 McConnell 16 Inch. Dramatic Brazilian Rosewood body with German Spruce top, Snakewood appointments throughout, and a 26-25″ multiscale setup that makes each and every note ring out like they’re complete instruments in themselves.

Jordan is unlike any other luthier I know in that he's a world-class pro musician who tours the world playing music so when he builds a guitar he's coming to it with that intimate knowledge of what it takes to inspire a musician. Tone, of course, is the answer and Jordan has developed a sound that's all his own. In the voice I hear the best of everything I've ever played in various guitars but somehow together in a fresh and exciting way.
