Port Orford Cedar top pairs with Macassar Ebony back and sides (with dramatic dark and light bands of alternating grain); Tom’s ingenious adjustable neck angle system; Mahogany neck with a generous C profile carve and EVO frets. The PO Cedar is french polished for maximum resonance, and elsewhere Tom used a catalyzed urethane finish for a bit extra protection. A glossy neck never felt so smooth! If you’re looking for a guitar that’s responsive to a T, and well adapted to a range of tunings, this Rein RJN-3 is the one for you.
