This C2S is a dream. African Blackwood back and sides with Alpine Moonpspruce top, twin arm and rib bevels plus cutaway and 12-fret neck; Koa trim and soundport–26-25″ multiscale setup. The soundhole is ringed in with an exquisite bespoke rosette homaging South African painter Jacobus Pierneef, which is also echoed at the back inlay as a conversation between geometric and pastoral forms.

This was an extremely enjoyable project. The artwork stemmed from the client's love of particular natural elements and Matthew and Matthias brought it to life with incredible vision. The sound, like all Casimi guitars, is nothing short of magical. The sound envelops the player and makes the audience smile.
