This is Mark Blanchard’s smaller body Sugar Pine model. It is a 12 Fret 000 size guitar perfect for fingerstyle music. The back and sides are Honduran Rosewood, cherished for it’s warmth and clarity. The top is Engelmann, which adds articulation and beautiful overtones. This is a great size guitar that is comfortable to hold for long periods, and you’ll want to do so because the sound is inspiring.
This is a tone machine, 12 fret neck puts the bridge in the sweet spot. Honduran Rosewood and Engelmann work great together to create a warm, resonant and very clean sounding guitar. It's easy to play and sounds magical.
